We offer exchanges or refunds for full priced items only. Item/s must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with original packaging and tags in unused condition.

SUTRAM reserves the right to refuse returns. If your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you. Shipping and handling are non refundable unless the item is deemed faulty following inspection. Returns and exchanges will incur a $10 return processing fee per unit.
